Bamboo hall Ikeja was the place to be on Saturday June 25, 2016 as Lizzy Imuzeze, a talented praise leader of The RCCG National Praise Team launched her debut album “closer to you” in the presence of family, friends and well-wishers who were there to celebrate with her.
The celebration was in 2 folds as the event also marked the 40th birthday of the amazing vocalist and gospels singer. The delectable Mrs Lizzy Imuzeze and the Closer to You band thrilled dignitaries with one of a kind performance of some of the tracks on the album.The event was the epitome of gilt, glamour and worship.
Lizzy Erumu Imuzeze has had the privilege of ministering at Christian events within and outside the borders of Nigeria. She was a star performer at the recently held 2016 Gem Woman Magazine 2 become 1. She is in her elements when she’s praising and worshipping God, and this is the reason for the album; CLOSER TO YOU.
The Closer to You is a 9 tracks album, all produced by Segun Adenekan of Greatsound Productions, and executively produced by Charles Imuzeze. The album is dedicated to all God’s children.
