“I am a computer operator at Vico Computers, 110 Oron road, in Oron LGA, I was in my place of work this man came to ask me to assist him, this is the first time and the only person I have oriented certificate for”.
He pleaded for leniency, saying he could not explain what led him into doing such crime.
Nwawe admonished those looking for job to use the correct channel of doing so as the command would not relent in arresting those found patronizing fraudsters in order to get things done through the wrong channels.
The PPRO also called on the people of the state to continue in the way and manner they are cooperating with the command in volunteering information, as it is only through such ways that the force would succeed ridding the state of criminals and fraudsters.
Meanwhile recall that in Akwa Ibom State the government had to place embargo on employment exercise conducted by the immediate past government under former governor, Godswill Akpabio.
This was because it was found out that most of the employment letters given out were forged and are fake.
